Tim is extremely knowledgeable about the Fort Worth market, the history of its neighborhoods, and its future growth areas. He is very responsive, very easy to work with, and very detail oriented. From beginning to end, Tim was exceptional to work with. Tim seemed to always be available to return my calls/emails/texts, no matter what day or time. He is extremely knowledgable about the market and various areas we were interested in learning more about. Our first home buying experience was fantastic, all thanks to Tim. I absolutely recommend him and will use him in the future.

from start to finish, tim was just awesome! we had a problem with our first buyer, on our home we were selling and tim had another buyer the same day. we had selected a home to buy, and the day before closing there was a problem and we opted out of the contract. the next day, tim showed us some other homes, and we found one and submitted an offer, which was accepted that day. tim made sure our home inspections were handled by good inspectors, and refered us to a lender with excellent rates. he took care of every detail personally. he is just an outstanding person. he has extensive knowledge of every aspect of buying and selling a home. he also takes the time to know people and makes sure that their needs are met. I highly recommend tim.

TIm is #1 in my book. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor. He sold the home i was living in and found my new home. He answered all my questions and made sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. I loved working with Tim.
