Bridget was Excellent help throughout the whole process and even post sale! Her knowledge helped us to refine what we were looking for and make the best decision for our family. Her responsiveness is unmatched, it is nearly instantaneous at all times/days. She loves selling and buying homes and because of that she doesn't treat you or the sale/purchase of your home as something that only happens between 9-5 M-F. She is multifaceted in her perspective because she invests in Realestate herself and has her own growing family. Her care, knowledge, responsiveness, understanding and negotiating skills put us at ease to believe and know that we were in great hands for every step of the process. Bridget is awesome! We were referred to Bridget after working with another agent that we were less than satisfied with when selling our home. Bridget is local to our area and she was able to effectively market our home, which allowed us to receive an offer within 3 days after she listed it. Bridget is the Real Deal! From the beginning it was obvious that she knew her stuff and was able to effectively guide us through the process of selling our home. We had a good offer the very first weekend we listed, and although it didn't result in a sale, we appreciated Bridget's negotiating advice, and the fact that she didn't pressure us (subtly or otherwise) to compromise our bottom line price position. A few weeks later we got a second offer significantly higher and just recently closed on the sale. It is important to state that whenever minor problems arose (perceived as major to us), Bridget calmly and informatively talked us through them and ultimately made them go away. She's awesome!
