Claire is an exceptional agent in my opinion. She kept us informed, grounded regarding the market and had incredible patience and knowledge throughout our listing, selling and closing process. I had been looking into investment properties and wanted to make a change. I wanted to find a realtor who knew the ins and outs of investment properties. Elizabeth was very quick with her response and made it easy finding something in my price range. I reached out to several realtors in this space and a lot of them didn’t really seem to take me serious. Elizabeth had plenty of options and was excellent in presenting them. She let me know what would be potential good deals for me. She answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and made sure I understood what the process was going to be like. I value her consistency and promptness addressing any issues that came up along the way. She made me feel like she had my back the entire way. I never felt like I couldn’t reach her when I needed something. My advice for a potential buyer would be to go for it. It seems daunting at times but if it’s something you really want and can understand the value that you will create for yourself then it will absolutely be worth it again. I’ll be working with Elizabeth for all my future investment properties and if anyone is currently looking or needs guidance she’s the one to go with!
