Bryan helped us purchase a home while I was deployed over seas. If he can make that happen, he can make anything happen! I was 9 hours ahead of his time and he would take time out of his late evenings to work with me on the phone. He kept me in the loop on everything so there never were any surprises. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Our son, Jon, introduced us to Bryan when my sister was looking for a condo. She purchased the condo with Bryan's help and saved an additional $10,000.00 with his expertise. We were so impressed that when we wanted to purchase the lake property next to us in northern Minnesota, we immediately wanted Bryan to be our realtor. Once again, we were so impressed with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and/or use his services again.

This is now the 4th time we have worked with Bryan, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. He was referred to us from a co-worker of mine (who has also used him multiple times) and I am so thankful she gave us the recommendation. Bryan is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! If I ever went to him with something he wasn't 100% certain on, he would find out the exact information needed and get back to me in a timely fashion. We just built a brand new house which will be our home for at least the next 20 years....makes me sad that we won't get to work with Bryan for quite some time now. We have become friends over these last few years, so we will definitely keep in touch! Bryan is the best and I would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Great Realitor and even better person, we have sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes with him as our realitor and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell and would definitely use him again if we someday dicide to move again.
