Cameron provided excellent service in the sale of my Father's house in Yucca Valley. He treated our listing as his top priority and got it sold quick! He went above and beyond what other agents would do. He has lots of contacts in the industry and he gets things done. He managed through several complications with the property for us since we are located out of state. He's a great communicator and very effective. I highly recommend Cameron!

We used Cameron Wortman to help us purchase an investment property in Twentynine Palms in 2024. He has a great knowledge of the area and strong relationships with other agents in the community. He was friendly, conscientious, and reassuring throughout the purchase process and incredibly supportive after the fact when we had some legal issues with the seller. We would definitely recommend Cam and his team.

The best and most honest professional realtor that I have ever worked with. Got me the ride home in the right neighborhood at the right price. He was able to negotiate with a very prickly seller and an unusual Escrow company. I feel very fortunate to have found Cameron and I had interviewed for other realtors before I chose him.

I would like to preface this review with the following. Would I recommend renting with Cameron? Yes, he is attentive to his renter’s concern and will work with you. However, I would advise inspecting any rental offered by Cameron before signing into any commitment. I found a rental listed by Cameron Wortman on Zillow a month prior to arriving in 29 Palms. Cameron was very diligent and quick to respond despite our three-hour time difference. Transactions went smoothly and I was able to secure the rental online while still being in Virginia. Upon first arrival to the rental, I was immediately overwhelmed with the amount of heavily used furniture crammed into the 850 Sq/Ft dwelling. I also did not expect to spend my first night deep cleaning since the rental was allegedly cleaned by a private hire, before my arrival. Prior tenants might have gotten away with smoking inside, but the tar stains on the shower ceiling and kitchen walls don’t lie. The cupboards were filled with dented pots, chipped glasses, and cheap cutlery with food residue. I had reason to believe these were left behind by the previous tenant, but to my dismay were generously provided for my use. Thanks, Cameron… The bedroom walls had dried boogers, the floors were dusty, and the bed frame had a layer of grime that required an immense amount of scrubbing. What was left in the closet consisted of stained bedsheets with residuals of pet hair. With each day, there would be a new discovery of spots that had been missed. Despite a rough first impression with the rental, I can’t say I had it worse than my classmate who rented the front house on the property. After all, you can’t have high expectations while only paying $850 a month. Throughout the first 4-5 months, I dealt with a foul stench from the shower drain that would the overwhelm the small home. Upon informing Cameron, he was diligent in making things right, offering to send his handyman. The problem would be fixed with a plastic cover over the drain, which would have to be removed on and off whenever the shower was in use. My interactions with Cameron were always professional. He tried his best.
