Zach was our real estate agent and before that, our property manager for this property . Under extremely difficult circumstances, Zach navigated wild fire issues and repairs and converting a rental to a sale of this property. He did leg work to find contractors and repair people to repair fire damage and many other issues concerning this property. He then found the perfect buyer for this house and negotiated sales contracts all while we were in another state. I can’t say enough about what a super agent and property manager he is. I would use him over and over again. Thanks again Zach. We thank God we chose you as our realtor/property manager.

Zach has been AMAZING! We had to sell our home while living in a different STATE! There were MANY instances where Zach went above and beyond to get the property ready for sale and then worked super hard to bring in buyers. Before the sale of the house, we rented this property and Zach was our property manager. To say he was a God send is an understatement. Since we were out of state, he had to deal with several issues that we could not resolve being so far away. Zach is professional and always available and just an all round stand up guy. It was OUR pleasure to have worked with him. Thank you so much Zach!

Zach did an amazing job he had my home check and ensured everything was ready prior to relisting and 8 days later my home was under contacted and sold in less than 30 days!!’ He knows how to market and is detailed to meet the needs of his clients. I highly recommend his services .
