We started working with Carolyn nearly four years ago, when we were first getting interested in purchasing a home in the Western NY area. Her local knowledge helped us to identify that Jamestown was indeed our ideal town, and even after moving in she continues to be a well of knowledge regarding other local services and providers. Despite the fact that we were trying to purchase during an unusual market with very little available inventory and rising interest rates spooking many people away, she stayed ready to pounce on any property candidates as they popped onto the market. We were several states away at the time, and she provided us with a flexible video walkthrough service to help us review each home until we found one that checked every box. Competing offers were coming in fast, and she gave solid advice on how to maximize our buying power and make offers that were aggressive enough to give us a chance. After the offer was accepted, the rest of the process was taking far longer than expected to close (nearly four months by the end of things), but during the wait she stayed involved in reminding the other parties (loan, legal, etc.) to provide status updates regularly, so we never felt left in the dark for her part. It was great to have her in our corner keeping everything moving forward. In the end, we truly feel like we could not have chosen better. It all worked out and we are immensely satisfied with every expectation exceeded.

Carolyn made buying our first home such an easy, and worry free process while we were on the other side of the country. She was considerately responsive and pleasantly accommodating to our requests, as well as quick and efficient with negotiations. We felt as if we were communicating with a knowledgeable colleague, giving interactions and opinions comparable to a family friend rather than a far away stranger.

I recently started investing in Carolyn's area as an out of state investor. So far Carolyn has helped me purchase two rental properties in two months and has began managing them for me. I like that she provides a full service operation (finding and buying properties, managing tenants, inspecting properties, contacting maintenance companies, etc.). She is very responsive via text which keeps things moving. She also has a large rolodex of contractors that she deals with on a regular basis which ensures that property maintenance is managed well. She manages many other investment properties for other investors so she knows what other tenants, landlords, contracts and the market is doing which makes me feel confident that I'm getting up to date information. I'm really glad I found her and look forward to purchasing many more investment properties with her.

Carolyn was great to work with! She helped with negotiation, communicating with the seller, and follow up. I would recommend her and would choose her again.

She is an excellent real estate agent, very responsive. It took us quite awhile to find the right house and she was very accommodating. She took us in person and did virtual tours for us.
