Susan was so helpful when we were putting our house on the market! She answered all of our questions immediately and always had our best interest in mind. She got our house SOLD by getting us plenty of showings and seeking out prospective lookers. Thank you to Susan the process of selling our home was an easy one and we are very happy it went so smoothly! We would recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell, as she also has shown us many homes and has often worked to get us to be the first to look when something we may like goes on the market! Her positive, "go get 'em" attitude really shined during the process of our house buying experience. She was ready to answer tax questions for and point us in the direction of anything else we needed to find out. She is a great negotiator and we got our dream home for exactly the price we wanted it for! Susan Muscarella was ready, willing, and able to show my husband and I any houses we wanted, PLUS the houses she found that fit our criteria. Her honesty and integrity astonished me (in a good way)! She was always looking out for our best interest and saved us money during the whole process whenever she could. She was able to answer all of our questions and when she didn't know something she QUICKLY found the answers for us. Susan really made us feel like we were all a part of a team throughout the whole buying experience. She had our best interest at heart and never once tried to up sell us or take advantage of us. We will DEFINITELY be buying our next home from her!

THANK GOD for Susan Muscarella!!<br/><br/>She was so knowledgeable, accommodating, and enthusiastic! She was completely willing to show us all of the houses we wanted to see and more! She had answers to all of our questions, and any concerns we had she put our minds at ease. She LISTENED to our wants, needs, and the criteria we had in mind for our dream house. She was extremely proactive (and successful!) when it came to the negotiation process too! Needless to say, we are now first time homeowners and are 150% satisfied with our home buying experience! I honestly never thought ANY realtor would be able to meet every single one of the "must haves" we had (especially in Jamestown, NY), but Susan Muscarella did it EFFORTLESSLY......and quickly!
