Nicole is very responsive and communicative, and answered all our questions timely and thoroughly. She was very much involved in making sure things were ready for closing, and was even talking to people driving on the street asking if they could plow the driveway out so we could do our final walkthrough when the seller’s agent was unresponsive and didn’t take the initiative to get things done (she even had a shovel for worst case-scenario and helped us access the door!). Happy the whole process was efficient. Nicole knew and suggested the people who helped us close (home inspector, etc.) so soon.

I was a first time home buyer with no knowledge or experience at all. Nicole helped me every step of the way, and explained every part of the process! Other realtors wouldn’t even talk to me unless I was already pre-approved. Nicole helped me get approved! I am now a proud homeowner and it wouldn’t have happened without Nicole! I would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole is kind and efficient. She is an absolute BOSS at selling homes. She it’s VERY knowledgeable about the home buying AND selling process. She answers EVERY call, even if she is out with her family (sorry Nicole). She answers every text back fast! She is just all around wonderful. I will be using her for any future real estate needs and I will recommend her. Thank you Nicole. I wish you luck on all endeavors to come.

We started working with Nicole in the middle of 2020 to try to find our dream home. When I first called her she picked up the phone right away (I think it was a Sunday morning even!) She showed us a number of homes and helped us understand what our rights as purchasers were and what our bargaining position was like. Once we found the right place, we listed our previous home (at the height of the crazy covid market). She had a professional come in and take amazing pictures of our home. We had 16 showings in one weekend and we were under contract within a week. The process was long and hectic but Nicole was always available for questions and advice. When I felt like I couldn't get answers from my attorney she would reach out on my behalf. Nicole is definitely a hard worker and stands by her clients no matter what happens. So grateful to her for making our move go as smooth as possible. I recommend her to everyone I know!

We have high praise for our realtor Nicole Genberg. We were trying to sell our unique home, a Barndominium with no comps anywhere near us. It would have been a REAL challenge to handle this on our own. Nicole made it happen for us, getting multiple offers and we’re forever grateful for that. Could not ask for a more hardworking dedicated realtor as Nicole. She was responsive and worked late into many nights to resolve issues. We choose Nicole for her track record, top performer and reputation. We were not disappointed! Thanks again.
