As a first-time homebuyer, I had an excellent experience working with Cathy to find the property that suited me at a great deal. With Cathy having been born and raised in Hawai'i, it's no surprise that she is very knowledgeable about all of the different neighborhoods and what suits each buyer. Her 20+ years of experience working with the VA loan, negotiating good deals, and clearly explaining each step of the process make her a standout professional in my eyes. Cathy Possedi, was referred to me and I am vary grateful for that event! She is professional, knowledgeable, detailed and kind! I would highly recommend her for estate needs. She knows the market and was there the for the whole process guiding us on the sale of our home of 21 years. Having a home that long is emotional and Cathy was amazing at understand our emotions along with it was a business experience. Those two items need to be negotiated when one sells a home. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Cathy!!! She is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Cathy is thorough, extremely fast and super knowledgeable about all things real estate. She always kept me up to date about things that were happening with the transaction and if the deadline was approaching, she would reach out and request an update. She is extremely professional, dependable and has exceptional contacts who will provide you with decent pricing for things you may need, such as termite inspection, or professional cleaners. Cathy will always be there for you when she represents you. I've been on both sides of the process, as a buyer and as a seller. Both times I've been wowed by her work ethic and skills. You will not regret picking her as your realtor!

Cathy was a phenomenal realtor. She helped us purchase our home here in Hawaii and assisted and sold our house in less than 15 days! Amazing real estate agent and one of the best whom we have worked with. She kept in touch with us over the previous three years, took the family out to eat and catchup, and overall; is a must recommend. Thank you Cathy! We will definitely hire her when we retire and move back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

EXTREMELY GOOD AGENT! I'm on the mainland and the trustee for my brother's estate sale. Cathy went way beyond the norm in keeping me informed during the selling process. She filmed&took pictures of the house, and was in constant contact with phone calls and emails. She scheduled and managed the inspection/ apprasial/ locksmith/junk removal/cleanup crew/handyman/mail delivery/neighbors/escrow. She dealt with multiple offers in getting the best possible house sale price! I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
