How often do you work with a company and end up walking away as friends or better yet ohana? Joe and Rolando of The O Team are amazing professionals but even better they are wonderful people. We loved working with them. They made the process of buying a home a joy. They kept us on top of everything and guided us along the way. It was the best, most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a home. We just love them!

Joe, Rolando, Elijah and the ENTIRE team gave us the impression, we were their only clients (which I know isn't true). Nevertheless, they were communicative, professional and knowledgeable all along the way and by the end, they all are now like our extended family. It was a tough process (as everything is getting in life) BUT they never were disparaging and always encouraging, every day! When they saw us spiraling, they jumped in and made things happen. Joe and the O Team are simply amazing! From start to finish, they made the entire home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Not only were they incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but they also made us feel like family. They always had fun surprises, snacks, and went out of their way to make sure our toddler felt welcome and loved. We were even invited to family-friendly events, which added a personal touch that you don't often find. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their clients made all the difference. Joe and The O Team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the homebuying process! PCS moves are always stressful, but going OCONUS was a whole different beast. I was very nervous about buying a home I'd never seen, nonetheless in a place I'd never even been to, and doing it with an agent that was in a time zone 6 hours behind me. With Joe and The O Team, these worries were washed away. They explained the different areas of the island/city and gave me pros and cons for each so I could narrow the search down to areas that were right for me. Joe showed all of the homes we looked at over FaceTime and explained what he was seeing, feeling, and even smelling so it felt like we were in the room with him. The time difference made little to no impact as Joe and The O Team were always willing to change their schedule to accommodate mine. I so appreciate the time and effort they put in to finding a home that checked all the boxes (a few I didn't even think about!). Highly recommend this stellar team if you're looking to buy on Oahu!
