As a community member and business owner, when I think about the process of working alongside Christina and her team, three words comes to mind, (1) professionalism, (2) excellence, and (3) genuine. As a team leader, Christina’s heart and experience definitely sets her apart. Her team puts clients first again and again as they are experienced, TOP negotiators, responsive, and supportive throughout each Realestate transaction. Clients knew that Christina and her team have their best interest in mind; while, their local roots and knowledge of the various areas / communities is unparalleled. I would recommend Christina and her to anyone looking to purchase, sell or invest in a property ( Oahu, Maui, Big island, etc… ). You will be in the best hands, and well taken care of.

We feel very lucky we worked with Christina and Haley to buy our condo in Honolulu. We were new to the area and to the buying process, and Christina and Haley were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We engaged with Christina and Haley more than 6 months ago and submitted multiple offers, and we even went into contingency and backed out of an accepted offer, and throughout that process, they never lost patience with us and were always encouraging and made us feel comfortable. Not only Christina and Haley are great communicators, they are also so knowledgeable and pay great attention to details. For example, when we toured houses, they went extra miles and looked into what the sellers situation was (and whether or not they would be willing to negotiate), what's concerning about the condition of the house, and what type of work would have to be done on the house in the future. We appreciated their insights and we learned a lot throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Christina and Haley to anyone who is looking to buy a house on Oahu. I was a first time buyer working with Haley. I highly recommend her for anyone entering the market without experience. She is extremely patient and informative throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and was very helpful in weighing out the pros and cons of a potential purchase. Anytime something came up that I was interested in a property she was diligent and flexible in getting us a viewing as soon as possible. She is always extremely professional / friendly in any interaction with clients and other realtors. During contracting phases she is extremely responsive and informative of next steps, deadlines and negotiation options. I had submitted one offer in my buying process and that is the offer I closed on if it helps to note. I do credit the ease of my close to Haley’s ability to communicate, execute and negotiate a contract in a timely and considerate manner. Super grateful for her as my realtor!

Christina and Haley did an amazing job guiding me through the process. They were on top of deadlines and ensured I fully understood the documents. The process went smoothly considering their communication with me was on point and even after closing they reached out making sure I was doing okay with the new home! I felt how genuine they were with me. I did not feel rushed with purchasing the home, instead they ensured I was pleased with with buy. Recommend them 10000%

Working with Jess has been a phenomenal experience, both when I purchased my property and when I sold it 4 years later. Her knowledge of the local market proved invaluable, advocating an extremely competitive listing price that is now the highest in my building's history. Jess's communication is incredible, always making time to answer my questions and concerns. Although selling a property is intimidating, she walked me through every step of the process. I recommend her to all my friends!
