Cathy Roberts is an absolutely incredible real estate agent! Clear communicator - From the first moment Cathy contacted us, we always knew the answers to the questions who, what, when, where, and why. If you send her an email or a text, she typically responds within the hour. Cathy even contacted us a month after closing, just to see how we were settling into our new home! Impeccable taste - Cathy told us exactly how to "stage" our house. We followed her advice to the letter, and thanks to her, our house looked fantastic. We had a hugely successful open house which led to quick offers and closing. Team builder - Cathy is so well-connected that she knows someone who can solve any problem. Her choice of videographer/photographer for our listing is a perfect example. His excellent work is one of the reasons our house sold so quickly. Experienced negotiator - Cathy guided us through all of the negotiation processes with ease and gave us excellent advice on the very important list price. Amazingly, even though we put it on the market in the middle of winter, our house was under contract one week from listing and we received numerous excellent offers which exceeded our expectations. Optimistic and sparkling personality - We always just loved being able to spend time with Cathy. She is optimistic, but also realistic. She's down-to-earth and also very classy and elegant! She clearly loves her job, and she does it so, so well. With Cathy, we felt that we were in the best of hands from the moment we met her. She made it clear from Day One that her highest priority was to take care of us. Selling a home can be stressful, but Cathy made all the necessary details and tasks easy.

Cathy is very professional and keeps the client in the loop at all times. No matter what time of the day Cathy would answer my questions and provide me with information that would help me in making good decisions about my sale. It was a pleasure working with her.

In 2014 I had the pleasure of working with Cathy to purchase a townhouse in Greenfield. At the time I lived south of Boston, which made our dealings long distant, to say the least. Cathy was a true professional and extremely helpful dealing with a sale and move that would drive most people crazy. Without her patience and understanding, I'm sure things would not have gone so well. Needless to say, when I decided to sell the townhouse, Cathy was the only one I called. Her friendly, knowledge and persistent help made the process of selling so much easier.

We purchased our current house from Cathy and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She answered or found the answers to my million questions and made the process pleasant! As we look for a new house, she has always been willing to work with our schedules for showings and has offered good advice.

For picking realtor at random off of Zillow, I don't think we could have done any better. Cathy was amazing! She was knowledgeable about the area and local market, which made our cross-country transition so much easier. I always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and she gave wise counsel during our home negotiations and dealings with local services. She was prompt when returning emails or phone calls. Cathy's wealth of local connections was a wonderful resource to have at our disposal. By the end of the home sale, I felt like I had made a new friend. I highly recommend Cathy and would use her services again and again.
