Chad did an outstanding job helping us market and sell our house in Keller. We live in California now, but Chad made the sale of our very beloved house in Keller seamless and rewarding. We have used Chad four times at both selling and buying. He is very knowledgeable and is the most motivated agent I have ever worked with . He is always available 24/7 to assist and when it comes to an offer he is a great negotiator . Once we secured our offer he was on top of every step of the process until he got us across the finish line. We sold at a difficult time when houses were not moving but Chad said that he would get our home sold and he made it happen. If I was to sell or buy again Chad is the only agent I would use.
