We highly recommend Cheryl to any potential buyer or seller in Huntington Beach. We signed up with Cheryl after completing an unsuccessful and bad experience with another agency. We were fearful and concerned about starting the sales process again. Cheryl immediately took control of the situation and provided answers to all our many , many questions. We have never experienced such a high level of service in our lives. she and her team assisted us so much - going above and beyond - like helping us move out, staging the property, clean up our house, and even helped us with HOA problems. They took care of things so we didn't have to be involved in all the little details that go into selling a property. Cheryl was also able to guide us through the repairs necessary to get the most for our home - she found contractors who showed up on time, and worked on budget. All contractors and staff were extremely respectful and took care of our home. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and gave us confidence in her ability to price our apartment and take care of the listing process. Most importantly, we received an offer within a week of listing, obtaining the price we wanted and then closed in just a few weeks (yes. Cheryl also helped the buyer with finance options as well as an escrow company). We have sold a number of homes over the years and it is never easy and usually very stressful. However Cheryl was always responsive to our questions and concerns - getting back to us same day or sometimes immediately - so we aways felt we were listened to and that selling our home was a priority for her. She made the process so easy for us, we cannot thank her enough

Jim is an excellent real estate agent. My husband and I have been working with him for a few months now and he is very knowledgeable about the market and has been very helpful with our research. We have not found exactly what we want yet because we’re very picky and not in a hurry. Instead of running the other way given the time we’ve spent looking…Jim has remained a great partner and continues to educate us about the market and available opportunities. We will continue to work with him until we find something.

If you’re looking for a good realtor Jim is your guy, he just helped me buy my first home and got me the best deal! Jim made the whole process easy and with the least amount of stress, he really went to bat for my little family and we closed in 10 days! Thanks Jim for rocking it for us couldn’t have asked for a better guy to handle our purchase.

We had a 121 year old home, a gem and one of a kind in our area and Cheryl expertly listed, staged, and diligently worked to get it sold. She is a rockstar of an agent and I highly recommend her and her team.
