We were referred to Sandi and John, to sell our father’s home, after he passed. I am so glad we were, because Sandi and John were amazing. They were kind, trustworthy, caring and helpful during such an emotional and difficult time. Sandi was always available when we would call/text to ask questions. They treated us as if we were their only client and always kept us updated during every step of the sale. The sale was smooth and was quickly completed. Sandi and John went above and beyond to help us during our emotional moment. Their work ethic and integrity are two qualities of their character. The Barry team went above and beyond in helping to sell my late father’s house in the South Bay and vacant desert property. Sandi worked hard to get us the best possible price and was not deterred when we encountered one challenge after another, from the need for mold remediation to the house next door selling for below market value. When we decided to do some remodeling to increase the value, she was ready with a great contractor and even oversaw the work, selecting materials and keeping the project on schedule at no extra charge. She was always available to take a call in a timely manner and answer questions with patience and expertise. And now, she is helping my boyfriend and I search for a home to buy in Huntington Beach. Her knowledge of the area and the process is impressive. I would highly recommend Sandi and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy.
