Chris did an excellent job. He helped us sell our home, to a very difficult buyer. He was so good at holding our hand and making the situation better. I couldn’t imagine ever going through this without him! He handled the calls, got right on top of any of the matters. Thank you Chris, I appreciate you! My wife contacted Chris Forrette when she seen a house sell by Chris near where we lived and asked him if he visit us. Chris responded promptly and he looked at our property and said he can sell our home. Our house sold very quickly and Chris Forrette guided us through every step of selling our house and helping us to repair the house. I fully recommend Chris Forrette if you are considering selling your property. He is a special individual who really cares about people and he goes beyond any realtor out there. His negotiation skills are wonderful because he truly cares about people and for us he delivered.

This is my first home purchase ever and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Chris. This was not an easy process given the challenges with repairs, contractors and life all in the mix and Chris was the guy that made it all come together

I interviewed three realtors before selecting Chris Forrette. I immediately appreciated his knowledge, responsiveness, and honesty. For example, I had a new, one-of-a-kind property to sell that, because it was new and one of a kind, probably had no comps! Chris showed up with a folder full of comps and carefully explained to me why he had selected them. Then, when it turned out that I had a 21-day deadline, Chris was encouraging at the same time that he was realistic. For example, the news is full of doom and gloom stories about market downturns. To counter that, Chris provided me with real-time data for and insights into my neighborhood. This is/was obviously invaluable. Chris also answered every email or call very quickly (usually within a few hours), even if I was just sending an FYI and not something urgent. I would be very grateful to have him represent me in the future and would give him my highest endorsement for others as well.
