Ms. Larussa is an amazing real estate agent. She has resources at her fingertips to help you with your move, do renovations, help you to find your new home. I contacted Cynthia about starting the process of a new build. She advised me of the next steps and immediately scheduled appointments with local builders. She took time to drive out with me and spent her whole day looking at builders with me. She knew all the questions to ask and advised on good pricing per square foot. We finally found a builder and she was by my side from beginning to end! We had a couple of hiccups and she knew just how to work through them. She was so encouraging and reassuring! Every appointment that I had with the builder and even my closing, she was there! Punctual, organized, and dependable are only a few qualities of the many. Thank you Cynthia for helping me make my dream home happen!

Cindy is the best!! She helped me thru the whole process and was looking out for me and my family by choosing the best houses and neighborhoods for us. She even came to the house after hours to install smoke detectors and door stops that the sellers didn't install before my inspection. She went by the house regularly to make sure all repairs were made and I had the correct documentation on repairs before we closed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. My brother and coworker are just starting the process and I have already given them her info. If you want someone who will look out for you and fight for you Cindy is the person you want in your corner!!
