Although I have purchased many properties over the years I had never purchased on Kona and was a little apprehensive in starting this task. I had done lot of research before contacting Cindy for help in finding a property. Here's what I love and respect about Cindy. Cindy was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the start of the property search, to the handing over of the keys after closing . It was evident that she was an expert with the entire process. I loved that fact that she was patient and I felt she had my best interests in mind. Cindy has spent years in the industry building her business and building relationships with people. Cindy was there for any questions and help negotiate in a market we had no knowledge. Helped set us up with a lender. Helped with obtaining contractor for improvements. Helped keep us under contract as closing was extended
