I would highly recommend Beth. It took us 2 1/2 years to find a lot to buy on the Kohala coast. Beth was always available to us, by phone, e-mail or when we visited Hawaii. She showed us properties 6 separate times until we found the lot we wanted. Beth was always willing to help us thru this process. The most redeeming quality about Beth is that she is a genuinely nice person, and a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of homes and property is without equal on the Big Island. She knows this market-period.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Beth in our search for a vacation home on the Big Island. After providing her with a few ideas of what we were looking for Beth provided us with several options that she thought would "check all of those boxes" for us. Her choices were spot on! Before we flew over to take a look at them in person Beth sent us a very detailed market analysis for each property for us to read so we could hit the ground running upon our arrival. We were able to find that "perfect place" for our family and with Beth's help we put together an acceptable offer and successfully closed on the property. This was the first time we had been involved with a short sale property so we had a lot of questions about how the process worked. Beth is very experienced with short sale transactions so she was quickly able to educate us on what to expect in a short sale situation . We were very thankful for her patience, hard work, and time that she put in to make this deal happen. Beth is extremely knowledgeable about Big Island real estate market conditions, has a very good handle on the current inventory, and responds to all requests in a timely and efficient manner. Purchasing a property from the mainland could have been a daunting process but instead Beth truly made it a very comfortable and seamless buying experience. I would highly recommend working with Beth if you have an interest in purchasing property on the Big Island!

Beth Helped us to sell our 30 acre property with a small off the grid home in North Kohala. Even thought it took a year and a half and many many showings to sell she was always very available to show it and returned our calls when we had questions. I would refer anyone who wanted to go on the market in the Kohala area to use Beth. She will absolutely help you out!! We even became friends in the process, thanks for all you did Beth! Just bought a place in Kolea (Waikoloa, Big Island) .... she was awesome. First met her several years ago and toured several properties/developments in and around Waikoloa. Fell in love w/Kolea, but alas, no listings in our price range. She kept in touch over the years periodically whenever a property was about to come on the market that was "close" to our parameters (she did not "pester", but kept us informed). Amazingly, she connected w/me about 6 weeks ago while I was on business in China and headed for Europe ... by the time I made it to Geneva (a week or so later), I/we had a contract on the property. She/Hawaii Life Real Estate use a web-based electronic doc/signing tool that enables real estate transactions to occur anyplace/anytime (no sweat)! Her advise and follow-up are meticulous ... my advise, go w/her advise .... <br/><br/>A true professional (knowledgeable, responsive and very nice) ... I would definitely recommend her for any of your buying/selling needs on the Big Island.
