We worked with Claudia for months to find our dream beach home in Ocean City, MD. From the first day we met Claudia we had no doubts we had found the right realtor for us. Claudia kept us updated with current listings and didn't hesitate to visit properties on our behalf since we live a couple hours away. She sent us pictures, videos and her thoughts on various properties while we considered location, different types of buildings, and amenities. When we made the drive down to see homes, Claudia had all our listings set up so no time was wasted and she was always accommodating if we wanted to see additional homes not on the original list. Claudia got to know us quickly, understood what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time. When she called, and sent a video from our future ocean front condo deck, saying “I think we might have found a winner!” she was right. Once we had decided on our new beach home, Claudia was awesome every step of the way through the settlement process as well. From our original offer, to negotiations, and right through to settlement, she explained nuances in the process, kept us informed and was on top of everything the entire time so we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Claudia was fantastic to work with. She quickly adapted to our desired search criteria, was extremely responsive, proactive and informative. We came upon her by sheer luck and could not be happier with the service she provided. She helped us negotiate a lower but fair asking price for the condo we purchased. Long after we settled and her responsibilities ended, she continued to help us get acclimated to the area by recommending contractors, cleaners, etc. She even helped us find babysitters! She went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor in the OCMD area.

Having Claudia as a realtor made my experience purchasing a home great!!! She went over and beyond for me tending to everything because I was out of state! I cannot say enough good things about having her as my agent!!! I would definitely work with her again and definitely recommend her!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better agent! Claudia was fantastic from start to finish! She is extremely organized and efficient, to the point, and knows the market and area extremely well! She went above and beyond with regard to the sale and purchase of our homes. She was thorough and supportive throughout the entire process. Should the need arise when we will need a realtor again, we will be contacting Claudia!
