Jessica is great. We went to OC knowing exactly what we wanted, and she took the time to go through my list and mark things off according to her knowledge. She kept us safe from possible issues involving condominium regulations and laws that have changed in Ocean City. She also added things to my list that I did not know about that were recently going on the market. She is knowledgeable about rentals, pricing, and local companies that offer services. Jessica does not push these services, but she provides knowledge and I really liked that about her. She is highly responsive and if I called her, she would call me right back or text that she was going to get back to me asap. Jessica was at settlement with us to answer questions and was just as responsive after settlement. I do Real Estate work (not exactly in that field) and I have had buyers show up and their agents have not bothered to show up. When I asked if she was coming with us she looked at me like I was nuts and that is a good thing. Jessica will be there for you from beginning to end. She will take care of you and I highly recommend her.

Jessica was very patient with us as it took over 4 years to purchase. She helped us find exactly what we wanted and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She always looked out for us and helped us navigate our 4 year journey. She was fantastic and would recommend her to our family and friends. We absolutely love our new place!

Jessica is exceptional. She helped us negotiate the best purchase price possible for our home in a highly competitive market. She is willing to hustle and move quickly. These two attributes are really important in a fast moving market. She also did a wonderful job helping us transition into our new area; making sure we had all the information that we needed to understand HOA expectations.
