Very fortunate to meet Clay at an open house 2-3 years ago when we were browsing the SF market hoping one day to get a foothold in the city. Since then he kept us informed and was never pushy. So finally when we were ready it was a natural choice to ask him to help. And how lucky we were as Clay was very attentive, responsive and patient as he guided us through the difficulties and emotions of buying the right place. More importantly it was fun and an enjoyable experience - and we have made our first friend in SF before even moving in! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

We were first time sellers with many questions and occasional bouts of anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about Clay Gjevre. Clay helped my family sell a large family home in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. He was a great communicator and resource for us as we worked through the process of clearing, remodeling, staging, showing, advertising, and of course pricing our home. What could have been an immensely complicated process was made simple for us because Clay knew his stuff, and because he put in an amazing effort to keep the process on track. His eye for detail and thoughtful respect for the quality of our home made us very comfortable as we made updates. Clay made our lives easy, and always had his eyes open to be sure we were getting the most benefit from our decisions. He was a great communicator, giving us clear and frequent updates, and working well with our diverse group when decisions had to be made.
