Tyron is simply the best real estate agent in San Francisco, the Bay Area, and possibly the country. I worked with him both to sell and buy a property, the former of which was a very complicated deal that I doubted could be done. Throughout the selling and buying process, Tyron was highly communicative, knowledgeable, available, and a gem to be around. He understands the market, electricity and plumbing, renovation costs, financing, and maintains an informed, upbeat candor that is a rarity these days. Hire him.

Tyron acted as nothing less than a partner as our agent in the sale of a condo in Nob Hill. We no longer live in San Francisco, but being remote didn't matter with Tyron helping to formulate a plan. On top of what you'd expect from an experienced real estate agent (great advice in staging and contracts), he was also invaluable in facilitating upgrades we made in preparation for the sale: new counter tops, all new paint, new light fixtures. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to his preparation and commitment to going above and beyond. He was simply incredible. We will be using him again!

Our experience with Tyron was excellent. I really can't speak highly enough about his willingness to go above and beyond. In a real estate market where one could absolutely understand an agent simply counting on the market dynamics getting the price, Tyron DOES NOT standby in idle. He worked on our sale day and night to make sure that it had the visibility it needed in the market. He helped arrange for everything from painting/staging to finishing a small, 1 square foot section of grout in the kitchen backsplash that we'd missed in a kitchen remodel. He's the kind of agent that is equally as likely to reach out via text at 11p with an idea of how to increase value as he is to call from your storage area while he gets his hands dirty and helps clean the place up. Want to just list your place and let the market decide what its worth? Go ahead. Want to get the highest price you can and do it all with absolutely minimal headaches? Work with Tyron.

Tyron has been great throughout the process - definitely will work with him again. Specifically, he is: -extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the San Francisco area. As a result, we relied heavily on him for information that was not available via online search/database. He sold and bought properties in the neighborhood that we were looking to buy and Tyron was able to provide insights that only the buyer/seller would know -patient and motivated: he drove us almost every weekend to see new places for 2+ months before we made our first bid. He always showed up 10 minutes before and came prepared with printouts and his personal notes on the places that we were interested in -always responsive (within 1 hour) whenever we had any questions

We have sold our condo in SF. It was a painless process with Tyron even though we were not living in the city. He did everything for us and he made it very easy for us.
