Earlier this year, I wanted to find and buy my first house, a single family home in or near Noe Valley. At the time, the market was tight with low inventory in my budget range. Todd was my buyer's agent who skillfully guided me and helped me stay relatively calm along the way. I ended up buying a wonderful house that I am enjoying every day. Todd was instrumental in making that happen. When I first met Todd, he impressed me with his knowledge of the local market, his openness and listening skills, and clear explanations. Most importantly, I felt that Todd wanted to help me get a house that I would love to live in. Todd listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and he set up a nice web portal with matching listings. He was always respectful of my budget guidelines, while also keeping me updated about the market. As we viewed properties together, he gave me extremely useful and candid feedback about each one's pros and cons. Todd never urged me to get to a deal. Instead, when I wanted to make an offer, he was a little concerned that I might be acting too quickly. But after some discussion about how much I liked the house and that I didn't want to wait for inventory to rise, we decided to go for it. Ron was the perfect agent for us. Good listener, very knowledgeable, great communicator, highly efficient. He knows San Francisco, knows the market (I especially appreciated his data-driven approach), had great advice for us that responded to our individual needs, and found us exactly what we were looking for in a competitive market. Marcus is an elite Realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the different neighborhoods in SF. We worked with Marcus to help us search for a single family home in the city. He is very patient and we didn't feel pressured thru out the process. In addition, Marcus is very responsive. He was always available whenever we need him either on the phone or at an open house.
