Cody is seriously the best! He helped us found our house we were looking for, knowing exactly what we wanted within only a day of working together. Cody was professional, knowledgable, and patient. Finding a new home is difficult in the LA market. It took two years to find the right fit. Cody helped me buy my condo when the time was right, and helped me sell my condo when it was time to go. For the sale, we had already sold much of our furniture yet staging the home would have cost thousands of dollars. He helped us find creative solutions to make the home look cozy and appealing to buyers. I didn't feel lost during any step of the process, and really appreciate his guidance. Sad to not be in LA anymore only so we could work together again.

I have already recommended Cody to friends and coworkers. He is an absolute treat to work with. Not only did he find our dream property (that wasn't even listed on the market yet), but he also helped us sell our old condo during this crazy year.
