Devin was amazing. I met him while I was just driving by in one of his open houses. I had met 3 other agents up to that date and right away I had a great feeling about him to be my agent. I chatted with him and he called me next day; He was very patient with me. We met few times and we started staging together; he wasn´t rushing me but gave me great ideas. My property after final staging and going on market was sold and finalized in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend him. He knows the market very well. He knew exactly who is going to buy my property for staging my property. I also co-operated with him. I went with my intuition the day I met him. overall I had the choice of going with 5 other real estate agent in total but I chose him. I liked his attitude and his enthusiasm. He is patient and hard working as well. I see how other sellers put their home on market and for months the property just sits there. My experience was very smooth and we even sold more than our asking price. He is also very honest and pleasant; down to earth with no attitude. He always showed up on time on our meetings. I give him 5 stars.

We were very happy with Oliver's knowledge and responsiveness while helping us buy our first house. We left the country for two weeks the day after our offer was accepted, but Oliver still made things seamless. Definitely recommend Oliver if looking for a home in Mid-Wilshire.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Devin. From our initial meeting, he made me feel heard and confident that we'd find the right home and a place I love. Devin was a true advocate for my interests, guiding me through the entire process with expertise and care. His support made finding and closing on my home a breeze. Bryan was the best agent with whom we’ve worked. Smart, curious, adaptable, loves the process, highly networked and funny. Works hard for his clients (and we were out of town), digs deep to understand the property, highly relational, and a terrific negotiator.

Phillip was very professional and knowledgeable of the SoCal real estate market. He showed me a number of condos in the mid-city LA area and some multi-family properties as well. He was always friendly and warm, and demonstrated that he cares about his clients. I highly recommend him.
