He has a very keen understanding of the market and was very patient answering all our questions. We followed his advice on how to enhance the value of our home -- including staging and repairs. Li Mei is amazing! She has consistantly attained the top selling prices in our complex. Li Mei has the ability to read the market, anticipate needs, resolve issues and negotiate a win-win transaction for all. I signed with Think after languishing with another agent for 3 months. In the meanwhile, she had sold 2 townhomes in our community. She found my buyer at the first Open House and was able to convey the special and unique features and Improvements of my home. We had an offer on the table and negotiated in 10 days! This wasn't just a real estate deal, I found a friend.
