Working with Ali was an absolute pleasure! She helped us find our dream rental apartment in Chicago and made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Her deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and local rental laws was impressive and made us feel confident every step of the way. Ali was also wonderful at communicating —always quick to respond, even outside of regular business hours, which was a huge help with our busy schedules. She went above and beyond by doing a video chat walkthroughs of potential rentals so we could get a real feel for each place. Since we were moving from out-of-state, it saved us a costly trip. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we found a home we absolutely love. This is my second time working with Holly. She helped me find my home several years ago so I reached out to her to sell my parents’ home. She was extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. My dad was quite impressed with her from the start. Holly went above and beyond to ensure that everything that needed to be handled and addressed was taken care of through her network of connections and her great staff. She consistently did what she could to take an already stressful situation and made it as smooth and seamless as possible for me and my parents through ongoing communication and offering alternate suggestions whenever we hit a roadblock. We had an excellent experience working with Holly. We were purchasing a home from afar before we relocated from Houston to the Chicago area. We were only able to take a few quick trips but Holly made everything a seamless process for us. She was even able to allow us to view a few homes via video calls which was incredibly helpful for us to shore up our final list prior to a trip up to Chicago for home viewing. She gave us extremely helpful advice when it came to negotiating home improvements and helped us to navigate several other facets of the home buying process. This move was wildly stressful but the easiest part was buying our home, thanks to Holly. We are customers for life!
