Ali is incredible!! To say our transaction was odd is an understatement. However, Ali and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. From making me feel calm and reassured by guiding me through the entire process and constantly checking in, to doing earth moving tasks in order to make sure I got the home of my dreams. Which I did!! Thank you is not and never will be enough!

Working with Ali was an absolute pleasure! She helped us find our dream rental apartment in Chicago and made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Her deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and local rental laws was impressive and made us feel confident every step of the way. Ali was also wonderful at communicating —always quick to respond, even outside of regular business hours, which was a huge help with our busy schedules. She went above and beyond by doing a video chat walkthroughs of potential rentals so we could get a real feel for each place. Since we were moving from out-of-state, it saved us a costly trip. This is my second time working with Holly. She helped me find my home several years ago so I reached out to her to sell my parents’ home. She was extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. My dad was quite impressed with her from the start. Holly went above and beyond to ensure that everything that needed to be handled and addressed was taken care of through her network of connections and her great staff.
