I found her to have her own best interests in mine . There were many situations that arose where she changed what she said to get me to list my house with her. She will tell you all of her accolades and how she is the number one seller etc etc.... which I found to be a huge turnoff. I should have followed my own gut feeling and listed with someone else but I gave her my word that if she was able to get me the house I wanted a my price I would list my house with her. I was true to my word but it was not a very good experience.

Buying our dream beach house with Dania was a pure delight. Dania is an expert with comps analysis. She know exactly what is the market value of a home. Moreover, Dania is a very strong negotiator and she was able to shave off $100,000 of our initial offer. Dania is a strong and confident realtor. She definitely earned her commission by making us save a lot of money. Thank you Dania for making our dream reality! We couldn't have done it without you.

Cannot recommended. Not a good experience given how pushy and antagonist she was. Dania represented herself, not me and had her interests ahead of her “client.” She didn’t even have the courtesy to say goodbye and thank you after closing!

Dania had an excellent buyer for my home on the day it was listed. She and her entire office were responsive, informative and polite. They kept us up to date throughout the sale and the closing. I give them my highest recommendations.

We found Dania to be the most thorough and analytical agent we've ever worked with. She's also very friendly and personable, and does a fantastic job of listening to your requirements and interests and matching those up with available homes. Kudos to Dania!
