Daria was amazing! As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions, and Daria ensured we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire transaction. Daria is amazing. The best of the best. She is detail oriented, extremely prompt and professional. She is patient with all stages throughout the home buying and selling process and juggles wearing many hats so very well. Daria truly cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable about current market trends and has a wide range of experience. We recently sold and purchased a home with Daria for the second time, and she will always be our first choice. We love her and are so grateful to her.

Daria was great from the beginning to the end. She came prepared, with information on the current market and where our home fit in with the competition. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure our home sold at the best possible price. Daria held an Open House and there were non stop people coming to see the house. As a result, we had several offers! She communicated with us every step of the way and was always very willing to jump on a call when needed. Totally recommend! She’s definitely one of the best Agents by far!!!

My husband I could not be more grateful to Daria for all the help she provided during our home buying process. Buying a house in 2024 is not easy, the market was moving very quickly. Daria really helped us navigate it and provided us solid advice on what strategies we could employ to make a competative offer. Our home buying journey ended up being and long one. Daria was right there with us from start to finish, arranging showing after showing, and helping us stick with it when things didn't work out on the first try. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else, she really was our rock! Always supportive, never pressuring us, and insightful throughout. I'll also add that she is incredibly responsive (like, so responsive!) and always true to her word. I would recommend her 1000% percent to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I couldn't enjoy working with her more.
