We worked for one rental property in Taylor ct Vernonhills. I negotiated for lower the rent to match the other property in the area, after many follow-ups and finally responded to my call and said the client not agreed for the negotiated price which she told they can initially which was more than what I was negotiated though. No idea if they really communicate to the owners, better stay away from the agents as they least care about the tenant or the renters. Poor response, they delays communication may be for a final negotiation under pressure. These agents follow no ethics and are not professionals, they are doing some side business it seems.

We have worked with Corey a few times with our moves. She has always been professional and knowledgeable. It was a difficult process made simple by Corey. The pictures she took were great, and we will always use her as our realtor in the area.
