Seth Turner was an absolutely fantastic realtor to work with through the process of buying our first home. He was not only knowledgeable about the market, but his remodeling experience made him an invaluable resource during showings – answering questions about areas of concern, or features that could / couldn’t easily be changed. He never made us feel pressure to jump at a property, but wanted to ensure that we were purchasing the home that was right for us. At negotiation time, Seth truly went to bat for us and always made sure we were getting the best deal while having a competitive offer. He works with integrity and professionalism, and we can’t recommend him enough!

We asked Brittany Sanderlin to find us a house in Castle Rock, CO in the Spring of 2020. She seemed very knowledgeable about the housing market, and she was patient with us as we looked. We never felt pressured to buy any particular house. On one of the potential houses she showed us, the listing realtor's photos (not Brittany's photos) were not well done, and the photos represented the house very poorly. Brittany seized upon the opportunity to show us the house in person when very few others were showing interest, likely as a result of the terrible photography. We fell in love with the house, and it was a perfect fit for what our family needed. We did encounter a few issues through the buying process, but Brittany was able to successfully negotiate them on our behalf. We ultimately purchased the house. Over the years, we realized that it was a perfect fit for us in more ways than we originally thought, and we are extremely grateful for Brittany's insights about the purchase. Brittany also sold my house in Northglenn, CO in June 2021. She listened carefully as I described what I was hoping for in the sale of the house, and she provided invaluable suggestions and input. I was very happy with the sales price, and we plan to use Brittany every time we purchase real estate. I very highly recommend her as a real estate agent and advisor
