David is great. He is straight forward and has a wealth of knowledge. He is not a used car salesperson he sells homes like homes should be sold. Will give you all the details to help move your home quick. I highly recommend you contact David before any other realtors. He is not high pressure, has the knowledge to make your home more marketable. 5 stars David!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work.

David is the perfect agent! David was patient and empathetic in gathering information about our situation having difficulty selling our house. Once he became our agent, he quickly made a 'punchlist' of items that needed addressed and agreed to take on the work himself! He gave each item his detailed touch and prepared our house with all the highlights that buyers are looking for! Once these were completed, we saw a flood of new interest, several new showings and we reached agreement with our buyers quickly. David guided us through each step with patience and expertise. He was always accessible, energetic, and professional. We would highly recpmmend him for any real estate needs that you may have.

David is great at getting back to me in a timely manner. I have one dislike, when asked about how much I'd have to bring to the table at closing, he reassured me that I'd break even. That was not the case. Yes, I am naive with selling my home, the exact reason I sought to hire a professional. I don't recall receiving a net sheet (how much money you will net at the end of the real estate transaction). There are many costs associated with the sale that I was not made aware of until my attorney sent me the information. Unfortunately, we'd already made a deal with the Buyer's. We had to come up with an additional $5K, because of items we were not made aware of from the beginning. Now, what would happen if we could not come up with the money by closing?? In the future, I'd recommend David provide his clients with a Net Sheet so there would be no surprises at the end. This could have turnt ugly for my family. Realtor's fees are not cheap...SELLER's Please Be Aware!
