My wife and I were looking to buy a home on Oahu and found David Buck through a referral. He had helped one of our friends buy a condo in downtown Honolulu and came highly recommended. We interviewed a few agents but chose him not only because of the recommendation but his understanding and explanations of the overall buying process (our first home). For about 2 months we went to open houses on the windward side of Oahu every week, talked back and forth over phone and text, and made 6 offers before having one accepted. At no point did we feel David was rushing us into making a decision (although the market did that all on its own) and he was always patient and helpful with opinions when asked. He was completely willing to wait out sellers for price drops and to submit lower offers to start negotiations. He also helped talk to the mortgage company during the underwriting review to help move it along and ensure all the necessary steps were taken from all parties for a successful close. I would use him again next time.

David was completely thorough throughout the entire process from before we listed until after the sale of my property. Very professional in every way and was solid with his insight into every aspect of the sales process while consistently reassuring me along the way. He was always available and returned every call on every inquiry I had no matter the time of day. Highly recommend Dave to future sellers or purchasers of property in Honolulu.

David Buck what's a true professional in helping us find the home of our dreams. He walked us through from start to finish and gave us get updates has to which town homes or homes we should look at. Ultimately his helpful decision making and timely manner and when she always responded to our phone calls letters to the home of our dreams. He walked us through the whole transaction from start to finish and upon closing gave us guided information as to the next steps in our purchase of our home his expertise was invaluable

David handled the purchase of our property in Hawaii Kai. We contacted him from the mainland and asked to see about 10 properties. We flew in a week later and found that 50% of the properties were sold. David spent two days taking us around Oahu looking at property that matched our specification. We sleceted the Hawaii kai property and submitted our offer then flew out to the mailand. The entire transaction was handled remotely by David. We closed about 40 days later. David was the only Agent that we contacted that even responded to our inquiries. He is a personable, enthusiastic Kamaaina with contacts throughout the islands. I am using him again to facilitate another transaction.
