We had the pleasure of purchasing our first home with the invaluable assistance of David, and it truly was a delightful experience. His expertise in real estate is remarkable, and his guidance throughout the entire journey was immensely reassuring. As immigrants, the educational support he provided about homeownership was particularly meaningful to us. Not only did he assist us diligently during the purchasing process, but he continues to be incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we have even after the transaction has been completed. David is so accessible it's almost as if he is with you at all times. Any texts or calls—he's on it immediately. He worked as the middleman between attorneys, realtors, contractors, and more, taking on all these tasks to make it easy for us. He always took care of it. As very particular buyers, David was incredibly patient and we eventually found the perfect house. He's highly knowledgeable about the industry as well as the area, and we would recommend him to anyone looking.

Mr Landau was brought to my attention as a trustworthy and highly conscientious realtor approximately 5 yrs ago, when we were first looking for an agent. When the time was right to put the property on market I chose him and it was the best decision for us. He was extremely honest, very helpful, and I feel that he went above and beyond what we were expecting in an agent. I would enthusiastically recommend him to any and all in search of that special agent to have the best experience and outcome with all of their property needs.

There is no one better than Dave! My husband and I recommend Dave any chance we get. He helped and guided us in buying our first home a few years ago. He has the patience of a Saint; answered all of our questions with the epitome of honesty, all while simultaneously being able to calm our nerves. Dave recently helped us sell our house; again leading and guiding us every step of the way. We made such a good profit on our house (following all of Dave's advice) that we are now in a position to build our dream house. Buying and selling a house can be very overwhelming, but from our experiences Dave (and Jen) make the process seamless from start to finish and couldn't recommend better people to see you through this process.

Dave is a great Realtor. It's not often you can say that you trust your Realtor, but we trust Dave. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Dave navigated us through negotiations like a seasoned professional.
