We met Dawn when looking to buy a new house. We worked with her on and off (due to our timeline) until we found the home of our dreams. We then listed our previous home with her and it sold in less than 24 hours for asking price! We also sold our mother's estate home in less than 2 days. Dawn is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and extremely responsive. You can't go wrong working with Dawn Bierker!

While we have not yet purchased a new home, we have looked at several. Dawn is GREAT! She is VERY personable and responsive, asks just the right questions, is cognizant of our needs, and what we can afford. I've worked with other realtors in the past (before connecting with Dawn), and I must say, I am very impressed with her. I've recommended her to several friends and family members.
