Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She was courteous and prompt at responding to our many questions. She did an excellent job marketing our house beginning with professional pictures and a nice brochure. She explained the process from listing to closing very well. The entire process of selling the house was very smooth, mainly because of Michelle's experience and skills. We recommend Michelle as a real estate agent w/out any reservations.

Michelle was a pleasure to have as a realtor. This was my first time purchasing so, needless to say, I had a ton of questions! Not only did she encourage me to ask my questions, but she answered the ones she could and would find the answers to the ones she couldn’t. She helped guide me through the whole process and was sweet enough to sit through all of my house buying anxiety rants. Most of my process was done out of state, so it had many challenges when it came to viewing the houses. That being said, Michelle was able to video chat each home for me and made sure that our slot was treated like an actual viewing. My husband and I had the entire property to ourselves and Michelle would do a thorough tour and then patiently go through any area again we wanted to see. I definitely look forward to reaching out to Michelle again in future.

Michelle was an invaluable resource during our home buying process. Moving from out of town was tough and difficult given the hot sellers market. She set us up with email alerts (which we checked more than regularly) and was always available when we called to setup a showing. Because of our travel time to the area, she bent over backwards to have availability to see these houses, often on very short notice. We were also impressed with her organization, understanding of the market and nearby houses, and overall knowledge of putting in a competitive offer. For the icing on the cake, she helped watch our infant son during the closing process and even put him to sleep for a nap! Michelle does it all! We would highly recommend!

I couldn't of found a more professional Realtor. Michelle is very knowledgeable and goes beyond her profession. She responds very quickly. I would definitely use Michelle again if needed.
