I've been a licensed Realtor since 1994 and in the RE/MAX network for over 25 years. I held a Georgia real estate license before relocating back to the North Texas area. After returning home, I obtained a Texas and Oklahoma broker's license and began serving the Wichita Falls real estate community. The entire team was PHENOMENAL!!! She came HIGHLY recommended by a friend and my only regrets is that I didn’t call her first. My house was on the market for almost 9 months, I think, with very little traffic and one horrible offer. Debra and her team listed it and had it sold in 4 days!! The vast difference in methods from the standard realtor to her team was impressive- I wanted to buy my house again!!! ??. I can not say thank you enough for taking me on as a client and allowing me to follow my dream and write the next chapter.

Debra and her Team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Debra assisted me in selling and investment property and utilizing a 1031 Exchange to purchase another. She worked directly with my intermediary and understood the entire process precisely. Couldn't recommend her and her team enough.

Debra and her team did a great job. We’re very quick to respond with any questions and had all the answers. Not only did she help us find a home very quickly she was able to refer us to contractors to get all the needs we wanted for the house.
