Jay is an amazing Realtor, my husband and I bought an amazing first home. I had no clue on how to start even looking at homes let alone the paperwork to get started. Jay is really patient and knowledgeable on the requirements and what needs to get done. His communication skills are amazing and he answered all of our questions we have. If he didn't know, he'd get back to us in a timely manner about it. I can't recommend him enough, he goes out of his way and even answers very late. He really took the time and care for us. I highly recommend him if you are looking at buying a home, whether it's your first time or you already have the knowledge, he's amazing and I'm super lucky to have had him for this process.

My husband and I have been in 3 different houses and used Jamie for all of them. You won’t find a better realtor. She doesn’t just tell you all of the good things about your potential new home but what work might need done in the future. She makes sure you know exactly what you’re getting into. Definitely the best in the business and HIGHLY recommend!

Jamie Rice was awesome from start to finish selling our house - she gave us great advice on how to make the house show as well as possible without much cost. She posted excellent photos that showed the house very well, and generated lots of showings and a great offer. She made the inspection and closing process very easy. I highly recommend Jamie, she will put in the effort and get results.

Leah is very knowledgeable! I love her! She is the best! She will help you find your perfect home! She takes her time and listens to what you are wanting in your home! I was very specific on finding somewhere where I’m safe because I do not like tornadoes and she kept that in mind and so helpful! This house actually has a basement which can be used for safety and also a man cave! She was at the house on time for a viewing! She is simply amazing!

Leah was amazing, she came through with a list of homes in my price range and when we started I kept getting beat to the punch. Just when I thought we was out of options, Leah found me my beautiful home and said she just couldn't give up on me and my kids.
