Linda Warnock did an amazing job assisting my fiancé and I with our first home buying experience. Any questions we had, she had a ready answer for us. The hours that she put in to helping us, and working around our schedules so that we could view a house that ultimately ended up being the one, has left a lasting impression on us that we will be forever grateful for. Highly recommend choosing Linda, superb realtor and an outstanding lady.

Kori is from the area and a good source of local knowledge about neighborhoods. She is efficient and responsive by text and email. She doesn't waste your time and tailors home showings to your specifications. Kori is friendly and has a network of people and resources she can offer if your home needs renovations and or repairs. A positive experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Kori! Even though she is new to real estate she seemed to have it all together. Whenever we had questions about the mortgage process she knew the answer or knew where to get the answer. She was very quick to respond to our questions, concerns, and got things done as quickly as possible for us. Anytime we sent a home that we wanted to look at to her we were able to see it that day or the next. When we needed to write up a repair amendment she was quick to get it prepared and sent to the seller. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kori is a great agent! Very communicative and responds to all inquiries. She worked very hard and efficiently on getting us onto the home we wanted. During the purchase process, she was very engaged and made sure every detail was covered. She identified issues overlook on the inspection and made Shute they were addressed. I will definitely be siring her to sell our former home.
