Denise did a terrific job for us in both finding our perfect home as well as selling our existing home in one day. Her ability to understand quickly what we were looking for and finding the right home was key. Denise works hard for her customers and excels in follow through. We would use her again in a minute. When looking to purchase in Eastham, many homes are located in the National Seashore. The Seashore presents many challenges that are unique, and most realtors aren't that well versed in the seashore guidelines. Denise has made sure that she understands the Seashore rules, and is able to guide you during your considerations. Unlike many realtors in this area, she also looks at alternatives. She has a different perspective honed during her years of selling in Connecticut, and that helps give her a wider vision than realtors who have only sold in Cape Cod. My sale was ultimately incomplete, for reasons that had nothing to do with Denise (my daughter decided to buy the house) I loved working with her and would do it again in a minute! I cannot recommend Denise highly enough.

My husband and I began looking for a home in the Sandwich/Falmouth area during an extremely hectic time in the real estate market. We also had very specific wants. Denise understood our needs and found us the perfect house. She was kind, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. She didn't push us toward anything and was the first to say if she thought a house might not work for us. We have been quite pleased with her work.
