Bob handled the sale of our family home in South Wellfleet on Cape Cod. An expert in the nuances of real estate on the Cape, we were able to rely on his expertise. We live out of state and Bob went above and beyond to handle every detail of the process for us independently. He was professional, responsive, and flexible and made what could have been a complicated process very easy. Overall, an excellent experience!

Bob showed us a home on 7/25/2020 , following his advice we submitted a verbal offer on 8/4/2020 and he told us he would present it to the seller. Days went by no response. We sent Bob a text on 8/10/2020 no response. Weeks went by, no response. 8/26/2020 we emailed Bob questioning status of our offer and why no response. Nothing - no call no email no text from Bob. We have bought and sold 12 homes and have never delt with anyone as un responsive as Bob.

Bob has now assisted my wife and me in the purchase of two properties, including one bought sight unseen. His local knowledge, contacts, and help with inspection/evaluation were quite helpful. We have been very satisfied with his help, and will certainly seek his assistance on our next transaction.

Toured the condo on Memorial Day weekend and closed before the 4th of July. Bob Sheldon guided us masterfully, negotiated a fair price, answered every question we had, responded promptly and thoughtfully to each email and text, didn’t use high pressure to influence our decision, was patient, kind and I would use his services again in a heartbeat. Bob also publishes a newsletter that analyzes the housing market in Eastham. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a true professional whom you can trust.

As one who has transacted in real estate many times over the years from New York City to Boston to Cape Cod, I can honestly say that Bob is one of the best brokers that I have worked with in all of my years of buying and selling. He is knowledgeable, honest, diligent and wise. Aside of all of this, one of my favorite aspects of working with Bob is that he is calm and helpful when encountering unexpected hurdles. In general, Bob is very easy to work with, he is fair, he ensures that all of the details are taken care of, and he advocates for his clients. I always felt that I was in good hands with Bob because he took care of the details so that I did not have to! I recommend him wholeheartedly for any real estate transaction.
