Denise is an extremely thorough and well organized professional. She listened, carefully to our likes and dislikes and worked hard to find just the right place for us! She is a warm & pleasant person making us feel as though we were hanging with a friend looking for our perfect beach condo! She is also extremely helpful during the "business" end of the experience, always making sure we knew what we needed to do and making sure all at "i's" were dotted and "t's" were crossed. And oh by the way, this is the 5th time Denise has helped us to buy and sell! We would never consider using anyone else!

We worked with Denise for over 2 years looking for a home in Ocean Grove. She was patient and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. Her knowledge of the area is incredible, she shares so much information, pros and cons of every home we toured. She has a wonderful positive energy and is very quick to reply to all corrospondence. She is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, I highly recommend her. We look forward to keeping in touch and see her around OG.

We met Denise 9 years ago when we purchased our small home in Ocean Grove. With the need for more space, Denise was always there trying to find a house to accommodate our growing family, always addressing the specific things we were looking for. She has a great knowledge of Ocean Grove and the surrounding towns. Denise was ALWAYS quick to respond to a call or text to view a home, even sometimes getting us in to see it on the same day. We appreciate her professional opinion and her honesty. She was instrumental in helping us with our most recent purchase. I highly recommend Denise for any real estate transaction!

Four years ago we met Denise and started on our journey to a dream house at the Jersey shore. Four years is a long time! But this is a hot housing market and we never could have navigated our way to the right purchase without Denise. Over the years she educated us, got to know us and our changing needs, helped us to manage our anxiety when we did put in purchase offers and helped us to get over our disappointment when we were outbid on two different properties. There was never any hard sell from her nor did she let us make risky choices. We ALWAYS felt she was genuinely in our corner. We shared the same goal - to land a beautiful home in the right location. When the right house came up we were ready, but could never have gotten to the closing table without her. Denise has tons of integrity, deep expertise and is a really wonderful person. To us she is a happiness broker not simply a top notch real estate broker!!
