Dominic was the agent that helped me sell my parents' home. I live out of state and relied on Dominic to advise me on the local market and how to properly position the house for sale. He arranged the inspections, scheduled repairs with multiple contractors, and arranged for cleaning and lawn care. His efforts resulted in a contract on the first day the house was listed. Dominic went far beyond what I would expect from an agent and I am grateful for all the work he did.

Dominic was amazing and so helpful! He made the transition from Casper to Cheyenne quick and seamless. He helped us every step of the way and had or found an answer for every question we had. We highly reccomend!

Dominic is truly exceptional! We recently purchased a home, and even well before we obtained financing, Dominic sent an occasional text (without any pressure whatsoever) just letting us know he was here for us if we wanted to do any walkthroughs of homes. When it finally came time to finding our home, Dominic really took our wants and desires to heart right away. He actively listened, understood, and appropriately filtered what we were looking for. He ALWAYS made time to answer any questions about the process, he was ALWAYS very responsive and knowledgeable. I couldn't even begin to say everything that I want to say about Dominic. Dominic agreed to be the agent for the sale of our home despite it being quite a distance from Cheyenne and despite the risk involved in representing a unique type of property. He travelled to our home numerous times to advise on preparing for listing and then showing it, and then closed the deal in a very short period of time. The listing was excellent with photos, videos, verbal descriptions and 360 walkthrough. It gave potential buyers such a thorough view of the property that only those actually interested came to see it. I found Dominic to be pleasant, good humored, efficient, patient, honest, knowledgeable, and he exuded an aura of confidence that kept me calm throughout the process. He put together a sound marketing plan and executed it flawlessly. We had a very successful selling experience and enjoyed interacting with Dominic.
