Steve Prescott has helped our family both buy and sell properties. Every time we have used Steve as our Real Estate agent, he has done an amazing job. Steve goes above and beyond what we would expect from a Real Estate agent. Steve has an incredible amount of experience, which translates into a smooth transaction for us. Steve is very reliable, dependable, and always available to answer questions. We had many questions, some of which came up on the weekend or later a night. It was never a problem to get a fast answer from Steve. He worked very hard for us every time. Steve also has a very entertaining personality. He is very easy to talk to and work with in every way. We are very pleased with Steve, and will absolutely use Steve Prescott for any Real Estate transaction we have in the future.

Our experience with Steve was perhaps the worst experience with a realtor we, or any of our friends and acquaintances, have had. Steve never called us unless we said we had an emergency, he only texted and didn't help us in making decisions or navigating the sale of our house. He always Zoom meetings or out of town engagements when we were needing to be in his office, and even at our own closing. When we discussed his lack of involvement and communication with us, he told us to "stop playing the victims" (paraphrase). Selling our house through Steve was the most difficult and stressful experience of our cross country move, and we would never recommend him to anyone. If you're looking for an agent who communicates, who is responsive, who guides you in making these large decisions, Steve Prescott is not the right fit for you.

Amber is amazing! She is very flexible and easy to get ahold of. She helped us get into our house quickly and we ended up closing early! We could not have been happier!

Shae is amazing to work. We weren't sure if we wanted to list with an agent or not when selling our house. But Shae made it very easy and less scary. She really understands what your needs are and helps you find the home of your dreams. Highly recommend.

Shea is THE MOST AWESOME realtor EVER!!!!....made our long distance move better,as she recommended a realtor in MO,so we could get our home sold there fast,and buy our new WY home here....also kept us informed every step of the way....if we ever move again,she is our go to realtor....we highly recommend her to everyone looking to buy and sell a home!!!!....
