I was selling the property remotely from 300 miles away, and Donya went way above and beyond what was expected to make the sale happen. I never had to make extra and potentially unnecessary trips to oversee the entire process. She was able to give me very honest and reputable contacts to help update the house as needed, and I was even able to complete all documentation remotely. In this busy life, her efforts were exceptional and communication was excellent. I can't thank Donya enough for all the efforts and support.

Donya was a great first time home buyer relator. She made sure to explain each step of the process in a way we understood. Anytime we needed her with any questions she was always there no matter the time. We also like that she didn’t push us or try to convince us to buy she gave knowledgeable input on houses we toured but didn’t gear us towards buying if we didn’t feel comfortable. very friendly & extremely helpful during such a stressful time!
