Elena was absolutely fantastic to work with executing the sale of our old house and purchase of our new one. She knows the market inside and out and did a fantastic job of getting listings in front of us early, which is critical in today’s market. She is extremely well plugged in to the right networks. Once the deals were signed, she and her team were in constant communication to lead and help with all aspects of both deals through the closings. We would absolutely work with her again if the need arises.

Elena was very professional, she takes her time and she knows the market better than most. We brought her in well in advance of putting our house on the market and she had great advice about getting the home ready for sale. Leading up to the listing date, we changed our price a couple of times due to real time market changes which she was very on top of. We ended up getting well over asking due to the philosophy she has for the open house and how offers are presented. I’d definitely hire her again. Thanks, David
