If you want your house sold simply call Nicole Scannell & Jen Atwood, a true dream team! I've worked with countless real estate agents in the past and Nicole and Jen are the gold standard. Their professionalism, extensive networks, attention to detail, transparency and knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. Nicole could not have been a better resource when it came to finding, buying and getting set up in our first home; a process that my husband and I expected to find completely overwhelming but not with Nicole’s guidance and expertise. She ensured that we knew about every potential property that fit our criteria and were the first ones in to see them, in several instances before they officially listed which is how we ended up in our dream home! Nicole helped us ask the right questions, navigate uncharted waters when it came to things like offers and negotiations, and overall made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We felt like we were going through the process with an extremely knowledgeable, honest and caring friend versus just a realtor. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I worked with Nicole for just about a year trying to a new home in Dover. For potentional home buyers who want to live in the best school district in MA, it is extremely important to find a resourceful realistate agent who is familiar with the area, like Nicole. She was extremely honest, never late to a showing and is genuinally a good person. We can't thank her enough for her hard work in finding us the perfect home!
