We have worked with Enid for almost 20 years in selling and purchasing our condos. She recommended pricing that resulted in sales over the asking price. She brought in a stager to help us de-clutter to make the most of what we had. I recommend her highly.

Enid did an an outstanding job of helping us sell our home. She knows Montville in and out, responded quickly to our many questions and was able to get us several offers over asking. She also helped us make many decisions about what to do next, whether to buy or rent, and even went with us to look at places and give us her perspective although she was not going to make any money on it. She's a great realtor!

Completely unprofessional and rude. Went to see a house and she was the listing agent, not the agent who we were working with. She came in exasperated because previous viewers had been opening doors and she had to tether them closed. Very unwarm with not even the slightest friendly greeting and felt the need to reiterate several times, to our agent and us, that we were late to see the house (something we were unaware of because we were told a different time). Proceeded to hover and rush us through rooms while we were walking through the house, even though we were with another agent, and immediately changed her tone when she found out we live literally down the road in the same neighborhood. We felt very rushed to leave the house and she even went to far as to come back out into the driveway to tell us again that we were late. If we WERE interested in the house, I would have immediately crossed it off our list because I would not want to have to deal with her in the least for any real estate transaction, now or in the future. She really needs to work on her people skills and how to not alienate and rush people who are going to throw down more than half a million dollars for a house (that frankly needs a lot of work) in a strained economy. Real estate is about being personable, accommodating, and knowledgable and she was none of these qualities.
